Led by a certified Nature & Forest Therapy Guide, find the relief you've been looking for through sensory immersion in your local forest.

Step one

Sign up for a session

Visit the College Station Parks & Recreation event calendar to reserve your spot ahead of time. (Walk-ups are welcome only when space is available.)

Step two

Enjoy the sights, sounds, scents, of nature.

Complete your walk and fill out the optional data survey that helps Texas A&M Forest Service and the Center for Health and Nature collect information on walk experiences and outcomes.
